THE EUROPE I WOULD WANT

This night I made a dream…

Europe in my dreams is a real union between States and its aim should be to assume a solidarity attitude, respecting and helping its member through dialogue and consensual attainment of balanced compromises .
In my idea of Europe I do not see only a thousand of sheets with on written many beautiful words, but I see also facts, I see citizens of various States who know and love each others, first I see a mutual help between people and see one wants together to be known and to be.
In my dream he is simple much to create a united Europe when the States protagonists are similar between they, with greater affinities, this happens because they succeed to find of the agreements with greater speed and positivism.
The problem rises when the people are totally different, for this, is absolutely necessary to remember that no people go a priori excluded, but its helped, strongly intentional, accepted and above all integrated with the greater possible pacifism, eliminating the discriminations and loving the diversity.
In fact, we know well that some different people are a lot between they for tradition, for religion, economy and politics, but its of fundamental importance to know to cohabit in respectful way and to succeed to give life to a single multiracial and multicultural community, for to teach and to learn something from every one single person, for to receive and to make constructive critics and to believe in the primary objective that an other world is possible.
When I close the eyes, I see the world that I have described, it is joined, without wars, without racism, without poverty, injustice, capital punishment.
In my world it’s particular importance to eliminate the poverty inside every people and guardian every single individual so that can totally receive the own human rights that are up to it to leave from who are, because it is simply a Man.
His fundamental rights do not regard only the freedom understanding like personal mobility, but also like the freedom of living with emergency, the information and expression, thought freedom.
But I do not have only dreams, I have also hopes, and the more important is that one that this my dream can a day become truth.

THE FUTURE OF THE EUROPE

I think that the future of EU will be based on the new technologies and new energy resources like the electromotor for cars or the nuclear energy; for example Italy buys nuclear energy from France because in our country there is no nuclear plant.
Then,in my opinion, for the first time Italy and the EU must open their minds about scientific and social progress, but social progress is difficult for the different cultures the states have.
My idea of the EU is very difficult to realize because it is based on this sentence: "A world where men and women can live really like men and women".
It is difficult because few people see the EU’s importance and the benefits of the Union; for example: the same rights in every part of the EU, the same language and money, but without the danger of loss of cultural identity. The occasion to know other peoples and cultures and join the strani to improve the men’s and women’s life.
Another problem is religion because in the EU there are many different religions. But the solution for this problem is in each others respect. Another important matter is Peace because without Peace there isn’t respect and so che unity.
In fact the EU, in my mind, is based on each others respect.

THE FUTURE OF THE EUROPE

The Young people, citizens and protagonists of the Europe today and tomorrow, are the key of the happened one of political integration that we are living.
I think that Europe of the future will be able it offer freedom, democracy, solidarity and peace between the people, and for young we more and more a space of opportunity, increase and comparison.
Europe will not be only Europe of the currency and only market, but an able Europe of giving to its equal citizens opportunity and rights, making itself carrier in the world of the common values on which it founds itself, promoting the respect of the human rights, the structural political development of support, the fight to the poverty, the social exclusion, the discrimination of every kind, for sex, personal language, religion, convictions, political opinions, age, etc.
In this way Europe will be, like in part already it is today, al multiethnic country, opened to integrations of the new cultures.
Europe will be in a position to placing the conditions for the creation of a European market of the job, able for conjugating the new offered in the world of the job to the aim to lower the unemployment rate and to give voice to the requirements of the market, but also to those not only characterizes them of many workers and not, trying to exceed the still present obstacles in the E.U., safeguarding the regional economies and microeconomies.
Every State Member will make megaphone of the requirements and the opinions of its country, allowing the E.U. to grow under every aspect.
Therefore we will not only Italian, French, Spanish, Belgian, Austrians, Irish or German: we will be European Citizens.

WHAT I DREAM FOR EUROPE…

The European Union was, and it is now, very important from the economic point of view, from the political one and for the cultural exchanges between the states of the UE.
But there are also negative aspects, and one of these is the inequality between some states (mostly between membres-states and brand new-states), that covers a lot of fields.
These inequalities affected many states that should be, after their adhesion, more united to the actual members of the Union.
In fact, one of the basic principles of the European Union is the unity of all nations and people, to collaborate with no difference for anyone, and with no "barriers" for any state.
One of the point of our work is to show to the "young peoplé" (to "us") that this barriers can be pulled down.
School exchanges are a great way to open young people minds about Europe’s future, to give us more knowledge about the UE, and to make us understand that differences from state to state are not really important for the constitution of a big and united Europe as united Europe, not only as an economic power, but united against all social ;
a multiethnic and multiracial Europe, a big community that receives everyone.
But this "dream" is really difficult to realize, if problems, like poverty, continue to trouble so many states.
Anyway we are sure that it’s possible to make more to better the daily situation, and we confide in the power of man, because we are also conscious that…
AN OTHER WORLD IS POSSIBLE.
